The coworking space in the heart of Ortigia, a stone’s throw from the sea, to feel as good as at home and without giving up the comforts of an office

What people say about us

I came to Siracusa to establish contacts for my master thesis research, as well as to get some more ideas of the “field“. When I first came to Sicily, I wasn’t expecting people to be so hospitable. The Impact Hub Siracusa is a really cool and relaxed space to work. People there are willing to help you with practical problems, but they will also make you feel comfortable. I will certainly return to write my masters thesis.

I ❤ Hub Siracusa. I’ve known the team since 2011 for me they are like old friends. The place is fantastic, it works well thanks to its tranquility. But beyond the incredible coworking space (in one of the most beautiful historical centers of Italy) people and food are incredible. Imagine, after an intense and stimulating day of work, you can run around the perimeter of Ortigia, looking at the sea and jumping into the water during the hottest months.

Working from Sicily was the most exciting and inspiring thing I have done in years. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly and made it easy for me to have a good time. There are all kinds of interesting events going at Impact Hub, dealing with topics that matter. And around the island there are a thousand things to explore – if you can even find the time!

During my sabbatical year, I came to Syracuse to prepare for the launch of my design studio and to work out my strategy. Since this may look very cliché, I can assure you one thing: it’s one of the best clichés I’ve ever seen! The greatest resource: nice, intelligent people, with unusual jobs and stimulating projects. The second big thing: beautiful location and excellent structure, good weather and good food!

When I first arrived in Siracusa, I was stunned by the great food and the hospitality of locals here. I really enjoyed working at the Hub and getting part of this community. Being able to work productively and yet, being surrounded by nice people makes Impact Hub to the ideal work place. Also, the costs of living are, in comparison to other countries, relatively small.

Through searching for a winter break during our cycle touring schedule I came to Impact Hub Siracusa. I was surprised by team, which reminded me more of a family than coworkers. My favourite thing about Impact Hub is that food plays such a central role in the Hub´s daily routine: it brings people together. I experienced Ortigia as a simply stunning place to be with very friendly interactions but also very professional.

Impact Hub was my first real coworking experience. The place is beautiful and the people are super nice. Working in the spaces of Impact Hub Siracusa was very pleasant because it is a Sicilian coworking that makes you feel at home. In the 3 weeks I was here, I fell madly in love with Ortigia: the culture, the sea, the temperament of the people, the food, the Cathedral illuminated at night and the Greek tragedies … where else do you find a place that combines all this?
