Entrepreneur, sustainability passionate and CSR expert, he had always had the dream of changing the world. During his studies at the faculty of Political Science at LUISS in Rome, he believes that the dream is actually achievable if we impact directly on the way of doing business, following ethical principles.
Travel addict, he sums up experiences in Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Boston, Durham (UK), and Athens before returning to homeland Sicily. In HUB Siracusa participating in Ivy, a cross-border cooperation project, which is part of the Enisie project of the Interreg Italy-Malta programme.

Mariam Suheli graduated in Global politics and Euro-Mediterranean Relations in 2019, after an internship at the Italian Embassy in Tunis. She is an expert in Euro-Mediterranean Relations, has worked in the field of institutional relations and has a background in PMC. At Impact Hub Siracusa, she supports the Project management team dealing with European and Euro-Mediterranean calls.

Graduated in Economics with a Master in Auditing and Internal Control and in Europlanning. After a career in strategic and financial consultancy for businesses, she becomes passionate about the issues of the sustainable development driven by the desire to contribute to a more environmentally friendly culture and a more equitable and aware society. She has worked with businesses and public administrations to start environmental and social sustainability paths also through participatory approaches and process facilitation..

Graduated in Law at LUISS Guido Carli University with a specialization in Comparative Public Law, she completed her legal practice for the qualification as a lawyer and offers legal advisory services to migrants. She has been involved with Impact Hub Syracuse as Interreg Volunteer Youth for the ENISIE project, as a member of European Solidarity Corps. She is currently involved in the “Review of legislation and best practices on innovative start-ups, social enterprise, social business, incubators, accelerators and open spaces for innovation” related to WP6 of the ENISIE project. In the Impact Hub Syracuse team, she is involved in the design, management and reporting of European projects.

Architect sui generis, she graduated in Communication Sciences at the University of Catania in 2007 and in Architecture in 2014, with a thesis on urban regeneration in collaboration with the local cooperation NGO Architects Without Borders Madrid.
In 2016 she is a consultant to the City of Syracuse for urban innovation activities and participated in the Smart Lab project.
Since 2014 she specializes in graphic design, editorial graphics and web design and since 2017 she is also a member of the Graphics and Communication Office of Ordine degli Architetti of Catania.

Veronica studies storytelling techniques through images and creative writing, since 2014 he has been working on communication and digital marketing supporting professionals, non-profit organizations and SMEs. Specialized in the conception and implementation of communication strategies, brand identity and positioning on search engines, she also carries out training activities related to ethical communication in the social and cultural sector.

A political scientist with a PhD in Contemporary History, she brought her experience in international relations to the team. Responsible for community and events, she also manages projects as project manager. Still interested in facilitating social and economic processes oriented towards human and environmental sustainability.

Founding member, she has over twenty years of experience in business internationalization and project management. After working as a consultant for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, she is currently in charge of business development and operations management for Impact Hub Siracusa.

 

President and Founding Member of Impact Hub Siracusa, he has over twenty years of experience in international cooperation. Before creating Impact Hub, he worked as a consultant and evaluator for the European Commission, CENSIS and other international organizations. Within the cooperative he is involved in business development and strategic planning; he is a member of the Board of Directors.

Head of financial services and microcredit. Background in economic development and cooperation, for Impact Hub Siracusa he deals with the management of financial services to businesses, management of the microcredit counter and strategic consultancy to businesses.
