As part of the “Digital Rose Week”, from 7 to 13 March 2016, aimed at reducing the gender gap in technology and information technology, Impact Hub Syracuse has organized a talk to give voice to women who are active in our territory on the theme of digitization, but especially to bring new ones to pass on a passion that can also turn into a rewarding job. The guests of the initiative who spoke about their professional experiences in the digital world were: Stefania Mirabella, digital animator at the CPIA in Syracuse where she teaches literature and history to adults and foreigners; Claudia Cantale, communications supervisor at Officine Culturali; the Girls Geek Dinner, a group of Sicilian girls who are part of the international Geek Girl Dinners movement, whose aim is to promote networking and knowledge around technological, innovation and new media issues.
