CHALLENGE LAB | EIT FOOD

Impact Hub Siracusa has been appointed to act as the Italian Eit Food Hub for the three-year period 2021-2023, together with the Aldo Moro University of Bari, which has already held the role since 2018. The initiative involves Sicily, historically devoted to agriculture and for many years to innovation in the agri-food sector, but in general for all Italian regions that, according to the European scheme, are considered to be lagging behind in their ability to innovate in the sector.
