Valeria and Mauro are agronomists and sommeliers born and raised on Etna and their project is called Etna Wine Lab. Valeria is an agronomist with a deep knowledge of the history and traditions of the territory: her interest is aimed at finding small and valuable wineries that represent the identity of Etna wine production. He coordinates and accompanies the enogastronomic tours of Etna Wine Lab. Mauro is a curious connoisseur of Sicilian oenological excellence. After a past in agronomic research, he joins the team driven by the desire to make its territory and its traditions known. Together with Valeria he creates and leads exclusive food and wine tours on Etna and in Sicily. Etna Wine Lab combines two connected natural aspects: the charm of the volcanic territory and the fruits wisely cultivated by the local people.
